Dear Sir/MadamCould you please suggest me for these two problems?1. I would arrive Shenzhen late at night, then I have to go to Chenghai. How should I do, to take a car or bus to Chenghai? and what's about the price? We have 5 people in our group.2. What hotel in Chenghai area you recommend for us? or what website I should search for?,unfortunately, I could not read Chinese. or, how do I contact the hotel?Thank you in advance for kindly help.Regards,

Are you looking for Chenghai District of Shantou City? If so, I'm afraid that you have to stay one night in Shenzhen unless taking a cab to get there. Currently, the Luohu Bus Station in Shenzhen supplies buses (CNY150/person) to Shantou from 07:30 to 21:40 everyday. The journey is about 4 hours. Then, you could transfer to Chenghai by cab quickly.

Thks alot Mr.Jamie.It's Chenghai district I'm going to.I'm thinking that if I could take a cab from ShenZhen airport to Chenghai at that night, I would save one night of hotel cost and also I have more time for travelling. However, I don't know how to take a cab from the airport, and I worry if there's a cheat.

It would take 4 hours by express bus from the city center of Shenzhen to Chenghai. I don't think it is easy to find a cab willing to get there late at night. If there is one, the taxi fare would be considerably huge, which is much more than hotel cost for one night.

Think about Chenghai Garden Hotel Shantou, 6 km from Shantou Airport. It is in Wenguan Road, Chenghai.
