About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello,

Would like to know if I would require a transit visa. My flight is from Manila to Dubai, but a stop-over for about 18 hours in Hongkong. Do I need to get a transit visa if I would like to get out of the airport during this hours? I am a Filipino citizen and have residence visa in Dubai.

Mr. Michael, you don't need a transit visa for the stopover in Hong Kong, Philippines passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days.
