About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Hi,
I've sent my passport for renewal purpose on Nov. 6, 2009. And the official site of the U.S. postal service website has shown that the Chinese Consulate in LA has already signed and received my parcel on Nov. 17, 2009. I still haven't received back yet. I tried to contact with the Chinese Consulate in LA by making phone calls, sending emails and letter. Unfortunately, none of them have given any response.

Please let me know what I should do.

Thank you very much

Ms.Pui Yung, are you sure that Chinese conuslate in Los Angeles accept passport application by mailing, as I know, the Chinese conuslate in Los Angeles provide mail back service, you can submit passport application in person, then ask the embassy to mail back your passport to you by providing the pre-paid mail back envelop. It takes about 30 days for renewal of passport.
