About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hello. I have one additional question. For a type "L" visa, one of the requirements is a registered permanent residence book. Is that where I am living in Korea? I don't fully understand. Secondly, I have a driver's licence fron Canada. Is that acceptable? I believe these are necessary for applying. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

The legal residence permit in South Korea or legal entry permit stamped on your passport are useful for visa application, the driver's license of Canada is not useful for visa application, the driver's license of South Korea is useful.
