If we buy an apartment at China Hainan, can we both obtained permenat residence visas(green cards) through your embassy to stay at Hainan?
If we cannot get the green cards, can we apply for 12 months visas repeatly every year?
Please kindly give me your advices.
Thank you,

The applicant owns real estate in China can apply for 12 months multiple entry visa, Please submit the original and a photocopy of the property ownership certificate. However, you can't obtain the permanent residence permit even though you buy an apartment in Hainan.

Ms. Jane, renting an apartment doesn't mean that you own real estate in China, you have to buy an apartment in Mainland China and the property ownership certificate is in your name.
