About:China Transit Visa

I have a layover in Beijing traveling from Hong Kong to Chicago. I will have to switch airlines in Beijing. I understand that I need to have airline tickets to ultimate destination in hand when I enter Beijing airport to avoid having to get a Visa. My tickets are electronic tickets. Will the e ticket receipt suffice in place of a hard copy ticket?

I guess the e-ticket is sufficent to replace a hard copy ticket, if you really need one transit visa in the beijing airport, the airport will issue you a temporary pass.
