Officials of the Mexican Embassy in Beijing, China Republic,

By the Mongolian Taekwondo Federation selected 1 athlete and 1 coach which is team leader for World Taekwondo Qualification Tournament for 2010 Youth Olimpic Games and WTF World Junior Taekwondo Championships (Tijuana, Mexico/ March 3-5 and 6-9 2010)
So we should be there before 28 February 2010.
I have few questions to make clear,
1. would you please give us suggesstion?
2.Do we need to come personally to aplly for mexican Visa?
3.can trainer come alone for both application?
4.How long visa processing is gonna take?
5.Also, when is the chinese new year vacation?
