Can I apply for the Shenzhen 5-day visa at the Lo Wu border?

I am a Philippine passport holder. Can I apply for the Shenzhen 5-day visa at the Lo Wu border? Thank you!

You may but it is the Spring Fesvtival period and the visa policy now is tight. It is impossible sometimes to apply for visa to enter mainland China in Hong Kong. So, you's better have it in advance.
