About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi. I have a chinese girlfriend, from hainan, china.
I would like to arrange for her to come to singapore to be with me and my family.
How do I apply for a visa for her, and what is the maximum period that she can stay in singapore ?

I have also heard that the visa is approved according to merit. Does it mean that there is a chance that the visa application will be rejected ? What should I do if it is being rejected ?
Please help. Thanks in advance

Mr. Toh, you can apply for a Singaporean e-visa for your girlfriend online through the website of Singaporean Immigration & Checkpoints Authority http://www.ica.gov.sg/index.aspx it is easier to get Singaporean e-visa than she applies for it in China.
