About:Shopping in Hangzhou
Hai, I intend to go to Hangzhou to purchase wholesale textile for my boutique in Singapore. Preferabbly silk, jacquard silk and chiffon silk. Where is the best place to go? Can I get by on my own without a translator? Which is the best decent hotel for me to stay just for one night that the closest to the place that I can buy silk.
