i was recently there and was fun,but i was a bit disappointed about the soldier trail and dragon part was closed!! couse of the ice and snow. so if anyone wants to go there my adviced do it summer time,east peak is the most dangerous part beside the dragon(line?)
taken a bus from Xian in winter only two bus a day morning and evening.and if you go summer don't take the cable car take the soldier trail(road for a littel bit adventures;)
