About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Iranian studying in Malaysia with my family, my wife and my daughter.
We want to go to visit China next month. I already booked the flight. As we stay in Penang I want to know the documents are necessary to apply for Visa and the process.

It is very kind of you to let me know:
1. All the documents is necessary for applying for Tourist Visa, single entry.
2. The application fees and the payment method
3. Is it possible to send documents by mail to your office?

Thank you very much.

Regards,

Mr. Reza, besides the two-way flight tickets, the hotel reservation, one completed visa application visa attached with one recent passport photo of each applicant, valid paspsort of each applicant are also required. BTW, the valid Malaysia residence permit are also required. The Chinese embassy in Kuala Lumpur and Chinese consulate in Kuching don't accept visa application by mail. As for the visa fees and payment method, you'd better call the embassy or consulate because the visa fees and payment method have changed but the information about it has not been released on its official website.
