Hello I am a Canadian citizen, I want to visit China and want to get a visa from Hanoi to China. Is it possible because currently I am unable to obtain a visa from Canada because its late to the date when I wanted to get one. And also could you tell me the schedule for your hours of operation after New Years on February 23rd, 2010. Thank you in advance.
