Is there any bus from shanghai straight to Zhou Zhuang?

Yes, there are. At Shanghai Stadium (namely Shanghai Tourist Collecting and Distributing Center), you could take coach at 08:00, 09:00, 10:00 or 11:00 to arrive in Zhouzhuang in 2 hours.
On the other hand, you could take a bullet train to ge to Suzhou firstly in 40 minutes. Then, at the square of Suzhou Railway Station, you could catch a bus to Zhouzhuang in one hour. The buses here depart frequently with an interval of 30 minutes.0
