About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

Arriving to Pudong airport and planning to stay at Zhao An hotel, 195 Heng Tong Road Shanghai, right over the metro station Hangzhong Rd. of line 1, near Railway station.

I assume I should take bus # 5 to Railway station and then take a taxi or the metro to Hangzhong Rd station.Is it possible to get the bus to stop near my hotel as I think it will be passing very close to it? Do buses stop en route if requested?

Well, the bus will only stop at the designated stations en route, so you have to get off at Shanghai Railway Station. However, this hotel is located just about 1km from the bus stop, so I think you could walk there easily along the Heng Feng Road, no need to take a taxi.

Apparently I should take a bus to "Jing'an Temple 静安寺站"

Why? If you would like to Jing'an Temple, you should take the shuttle bus Line 2. However, Jing'an Temple is much further to the hotel.
