Question

I currently hold a Z visa as a director of Education at a college here in GZ. Next year I may not be able to get a renewal of my foreign experts certificate and Z visa renewal due to my age.  Several companies in the US want me to live in China and be their Chinese rep to purchase goods for them.  How can I stay in China to work as an independent sales rep and what kind of visas/permits should I apply for.  What do I need to supply for a the correct visa?  Do I need to establish a business here?

You can't get Alien Employment License of the People's Republic of China issued by Ministry of Labor and Social Security if the companies in US don't have branch office in China and you just work as an independent sales reprentative.
