Does your tour company provide tourist visa service or do we get our own visa?  Do we need a multiple entry visa if we are visiting Tibet?

You will need to apply the visa by yourself. You only need to apply the single entry visa, Tibet is part of China. Tibet travel permit will be required which will be handled by the tour agent.
