my son presently reading for an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering in usa.

Question

My son presently reading for an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering in USA. He is a citizen of Sri Lanka. He is offered with 5 1/2 months Industrial Training in China by a Chinese Company. This trining is a part of his degree program. He has already got an Inivitation Letter from the Chinese Company. He also got a letter from his university stating that he is a student and also he has Form I 20. Please advice whether he needs to get any other documents to apply for VISA. He will apply for Business Visa as adviced by his university as the duration of his training in China is only 5 and half months.

The other requirements for visa application besides the Form I20 and invitation letter from the Chinese company, he also should prepare 1.A valid passport as well as a copy of its information page: Your valid passport must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and at least one blank visa page in it. 2.Application form: One completed Visa Application Form 3.Photo: one recent photo of 2x2 squre inch (black & white or color is acceptable) glued or stapled on the application form.
