Hello, I'm going to Hangzhou next week. May I know where can I buy phone card or sim card? Around how much each? Thanks.

I think you could purchase one when you arrive at Hangzhou Airport. Of course, it is somewhat expensive than purchasing one in downtown Hangzhou.
