10:30 AM?! I think it should be AM. It is just a bit expensive to take taxi (more than 170RMB I think) and if you if you have heavy lugguage you can choose taxi. In fact, airport bus line 5 rus from the airport to Shanghai Railway Station. It takes one hour or so to the train station.
