You could have this dish at any local restaurant. For the most famous one, please go to Lou Wai Lou located at the West Lake. This restaurant has excellent natural scenery. If you would like to have other home style dishes all the same, please go to Wai Po Jia (外婆家), which has set many branches in Hangzhou.0
