About:Shanghai Long-Distance Bus

I will be traveling to Nantong in a few weeks. I am staying at the Jinjiang hotel which is at one of the bus terminals in Nantong(I think?). What bus station should I depart from in Shanghai? Also, any information on the price and travel time would be appreciated.

You could catch a bus at Shanghai Long-Distance General Bus Station to arrive in Nantong directly. There are many buses in operation everyday~

I am very unfamiliar with Shanghai. Can you please give me a general vicinity of where the long distance terminal is. Thank you in advance for your help.
