About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

HI,

I am applaying for a student visa for a mandarin program in Fudan University. One of the requirements is to have a Physical Examination for Foreigners form filled up. I have 2 questions:
1. Are the additional requirements such as an ECG or X-ray compulsory?
2. Can any doctor certify and sign the form?

yes, all items on the Foreigner Physical Examination should be filled and checked in a accredited hospital by Chinese embassy in Singapore, please call the embassy get the list of accredited hospitals.
