About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Hi,
I am coming with my family to Shanghai on transit to Los Angeles via terminal 1 (by China Eastern Airlines from Singapore). We will be reaching at 6 am and our connecting flight is about 8-9 hours later. We dont want to get out of the airport and want to stay in the transit hotel for 5-6 hours. I am trying to contact the hourly transit hotel but there is no response from the number given ( 86 21 68346490). Any idea how much it costs per hour, whether 2 adults and 2 children can stay in one room and whether we need advance booking ? Thanks a ton.

As I know, the hourly hotel is under re-fitment last month. It is just behind the transit counter. So, if it has been put into use again, you could check in on the spot, no need to book in advance. Actually, there are many other places for you to stay at the transit area, such as a cafte or restaurant.

Well actually I am looking for at least 1 or 2 beds so that the children can sleep a little, so cant be in the cafes and restaurants.
