About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Hi There.

I know these questions seemed to have been answered but can some one clarify for me?

I am a Canadian Citizen and am flying from New York to Shanghai PVG and will arrive at 2:30pm. I am then scheduled to fly from PVG to SGN (Ho Chi Minh City- Vietnam) the same day as my arrival @ 9:00pm

I can not check in online for my flight from PVG-SGN, and only have an email confirmation from elong.com (online travel service) so I assume I will have to leave through Customs and Re-Check in.

Can someone let me know- if I ONLY have an online confirmation, will I be able to leave the terminal to re-check in?

Any information would be AMAZINGLY appreciated.

Do you have the booking reference number after your booking order is compplated? Take your ID certificate and the staff in the airport can help you print the ticket, then you can re-check-in. If the confirmation email tells the airlines, you may try to call the airlines for details.
