About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I heard that Filipino's cannot get tourist visa for now to China this is according to travel agents here in Singapore.
Is this true? If true, why? Why you all Chinese can get visa to Philippines and we Filipino cannot get visa to your country?
Please enlighten us, as we want to visit friends and your beautiful country do not deprive us of this, we are all humans who deserve to see all wonderful creations.

Filipinos who are staying in Singapore on temporary passes need to go back to the Philippines to get their Chinese visas? Wow, that is like...ridiculous. Just increase the requirements instead of letting us go back home. It saves us time and money. Imagine a chinese staying in Singapore and he wants to go to the Philippines but the Philippine Embassy tells him to go back to China to apply for it. What will he/she feel? Remember to put yourselves in the shoes of others.

I tried to contact the Chinese Embassy in Manila, I'm willing to go back and get visa but I need to be sure if there is no ban on Philippine Passport to enter China as travel agents here advised. I just came from Manila last week and I happen to board on the gate next to a Guangzhou flight you know what? I saw large group of Chinese going back to their country as if they spend their time in Philippines as tourist so lucky of them that they had been granted visa to my native land. GMA are you playing stupid here, you know about this, is it because of the failed ZTE deal. Before you can start your campaign please settle this issue. By the way no response from my email to Chinese Embassy in Manila i wrote in English maybe I should asked my friend to write in Chinese Characters.

I see the comments posted by Mrs. MJ on this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/philippines.htm
Mrs.MJ(Philippines) said:

Hi, for those who will apply tourist visa at Chinese Embassy in Phils, following are the new requirements:

Orig Passport (valid for 6months)
Fill up "In Case of emergency" at the back of the passport
1 PC picture 2x2 or passport size (white background)
Invitation letter(optional)
Bank certificate - minimum of PHP 50,000.00
NBI clearance - original
Certificate of employment with details of salary, etc.
SSS (ID & Contribution)
ITR (ID & Contribution)
Company ID
Ticket Reservation
Hotel Reservation
Application form (filled up)

My visa was approved today so it's not true that embassy stopped issuing it, as long as your requirements are complete, you may get tourist visa.

hope this could help.
