May I know if there's any hotel regulation that the accomodation of hotel room is strictly 2 person only(for room of 2)? If we're travel in the group of 3, is there any offence if we stay in the room for 2?

Usually, the hotel will not control the check-in number strictly if you just have one more people. And, the Disney Hotel allows 4people/room~
