About:Harbin Ice Festival

i just know that the ice and snow festival will only start on 5/1/10 while i have already plan to visit from 27/12 to 1/1/10, is there a chance that i can see the ice and snow sculpture?

Well, you can join in other snow activities which have already begun before the snow festival. You can make a reference by the table above.
