May I know what bus should i take from airport to Cosmopolitan Hotel, Wanchai?

Also, I am checking out from Cosmopolitan the next day to move over to Prundential Hotel in Tsim Sha Tshui. What is the best form of transportation? Cosmopolitan Hotel provides shuttle bus to Admirality. Should I take MTR from there to Tsim Sha Tsui? Which MTR station should I stop to go to Prudential Hotel?

And from Prudential Hotel, how should I get to Disney land? I need to move from Cosmopolitan to Prudential Hotel then to Disneyland. I need to get all this done fast so that I could have enough time for Disneyland. Appreciate your recommendation.
