Beware of fraud company on ioffer
I had no idea that paypal will only make sure something is delivered it does not matter what is delivered and this is sad to hear as a buyer. I thought I was doing a good thing by making a purchase through paypal but if it was not from ebay you are out of luck. I purchased a Wii system from du yong posted on ioffer at <span class="clspost">126.com|yizhijieqian158</span> through paypal and the company on the fraud package I received was from Beijing Jin Tai Yong Hui Co, LTD address listed as Tower A, HuA TAI plaza. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! Instead of a Wii console like I purchased they sent a fake watch not even worth $5 U.S. Dollars and will not respond to my emails.

Ahh, you to. I ordered a guitar through IOffer and recieved a broken watch. I used the PayPal credit card. I filed a dispute w/them. Right now they want me to ship the package back to the sender (same address you got). I know its a phony address but I'll send it anyway and provide PayPal credit card company with the tracking number. I know the end result is them telling me that I'm stuck with the bill. Well, they are going to have to get thier collection agency involved because I ain't paying the bill. PayPal made an electronic transfer of the funds. They should be able to retract it. If they can't, then they'll have to eat it; I sure as hell ain't.
