HI. Tai O is an outlying fishing village, if you are interested in, you can put this in Day 2. No matter where are you staying, get to Tung Chung first. Then take bus 11 to Tai O. Then change to Bus 23 to Ngoing Ping. Stanley market can be arranged in D4 with Ocean Park. Temple Street is nearby JOrdan MTR Station and Ladies's Street is nearby Mong Kok MTR Station. You can get there in the afternoon or at night. Hollywood Rd$ Cat Street is nearby Sheung Wan with many foreign restaurants and bars there. If you come back Disneyland earlier (generally can be back at 5pm), you can get there to have dinner and get around.
