Yes, take line 5 and get off at Shanghai Railway Station (Meiyuan Road). Then the hotel is about 1km away from there. Then walk south along the road and turn right to Gonghe Road until Hengfeng South. Continue to walk southward till you see the hotel. The hotel is nearby the Exit 4 of Hanzhong Road Station of Subway Line 1. You can follow this route: maglev train to Longyang Road from PVG and then change to Subway Line 2 to People's Square and then to Line 1 to Hanzhong Road. Of course, the mode is more expensive. If you want to fo partly by subway, you can take airoprt shuttle bus to Longyang Road in stead of maglev train, much cheaper.

One other question: I will be depart to Harbin by 07:30 flight. If I take earliest Airport bus in Raiway Station on 05:30 can I catch my flight? or the time frame is too tight.

Take Airport bus Line 3 or 6. Line 3 is better , for it is faster. I think the time is tight for you. Check-in counters will closed 30 minutes before flight departure and you need one hour in airport bus. You have only 30 minutes at most to do other parts. Safer to have another 30 minutes.

I think you'd better take a cab from the hotel to the airport in the morning. You should leave the hotel around 05:30 at least.
