If your passport don't have a free visa page, you can't apply for Chinese visa because there is no place to stamp the visa on your passport. You can apply for Chinese visa in early March, now it is too early for you to get the Chinese visa, it is hard to get a Chinese visa in Bangkok if you don't have a long-term residence permit or long-term Thai visa.
