I am an Impoter based Pakistan and have imported 141Tone Peas (Green Peas/Meteor) under the siging sales contract by both parties M/S Noshahi Enterprises Kamoke-Pakistan and M/S Qingdao Yingrui Food Stuff co., Ltd-China for the purpose of sowing as well as selling to the farmers. The amount we have paid to the export party is as: US$10,6173.00 (Rs.89,18,532/-)beside the amount of other expenditures on sowing and fare are become up to 20Million. The total amount is 2,89,18,532Rs/-
The variety of exported seed is matchless than that of received sample by us, we have inspected the growing fields by ourselves and the plants are flowerless as well as fruitless even passing 55days. While it should be ready to harvest within 55-65 dasy after sowing as the beneficiary party had promised us. We had visited china to the beneficiary party in August-September 2009 just to inspect the Peas Vareity and quality but that is quite oposite for they promised us to supply.
Sir the good will of our Company is at risk and definitely we will have to face loss being decieved by a chinese businessman. In this worst situation we have to forwarded many requests /compaint to the party but yet not recieved any kind of reply. We need your help to solve this problem while you have authority. That's why I am forwading my request toward you Sir kindy think over this serious matter and take out some solution to the favour of M/S Noshahi Enterprises Kamoke.
