About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Am as the above name , Bikramjit Debnath bearing indian passport, would like apply for chinese visa for my vacation trip for 2 weeks.

I have walked in today 10th December 2009 to Chinese embassy for visa application, they have rejected my application due to lack of visa validity in malaysia which am holding 2 months visa validity.my passport validity until 2016 year.

They advise me to get atleast 6 months malaysia visa validity in order to process chinese visa.

Please advise how can i get visa.

Now, you can't get Chinese visa in Malaysia, you have to apply for Chinese visa in your own Country, India. You don't hold a long-term Malaysian valid visa or Malaysian residence permit, so you can't get a Chinese visa in Malaysia.
