About:Hangzhou City-Bus and Taxi

i planned to cycle around west lake with my kids (age 11 and 13 )
is there any age limit on bicycle rental?
i read somewhere that bicycle rental only for those age 16 to 70 .
is there any smaller bicycle for rental?

In principle, child between 12~16 years old could rent a bicycle, accompanied by an adult. The bicycles are in the same size, no special ones for little children. I think you could rent one for your older kid, and carry the younger one by your bike.
