I am trying to track an item from china, I keep get given this number, EA894304720CN comes as an invalid number, i sent an email, keep sending me the same message back, I have sent a message to my bank to get the money bank though there fraud provention, I will keep you informed.

I purchased an item from TiffCollections.com - and they gave me the same tracking number as you - EA894304720CN - The English in the email "confirmation" they sent is terrible, I'm sure it's a fraud and will call VISA right away to reverse the charges.

hi, i too have recently placed an order with tiffany jewelry and have subsequently been supplied with the same tracking number as you.I was wondering wether you have managed to get any further with it, I'd be interested to hear more. I may be able to recover my money from the credit card company but have to wait 30 days before they will investigate it.

I too have ordered from "Tiffany-Collections" and the tracking number is EA894304720CN, which is exactly the same as yours. I think we have been scammed.

I have got my money back though the bank and they are now investigating them. To what end im not sure, But at least i have my money back.

Same thing :( purchased 18th bday pressie for my lil sis given same ref number EA894304720CN, so dissapointed, will call my Bank and see if I can get the money back.

I have been given the same tracking number. I am heartbroken. I smelt a scam should have gone with my gut initially. Dammit!!

Yes, I too have been scammed having been given the same tracking number as others EA894304720CN. I have contacted the fraud unit of my bank. What a disappointment after waiting over 20 days for my item from TiffCollections.com.

I contacted Visa before the payment was processed and they've changed my card number and they have recorded the website as a scam site. However the scammers probably change websites all the time, the one I visited was "tiffcollections.com" which is still up and running - people are probably getting scammed on here all the time.

i to got that same code. EA894304720CN seeing the prices i was so happy..this completely ruined my christmas..i was sooo happy and now i an soo pissed off tis not eaven funnyy..

Hi, I ordered a bracelet from this company on the 8th December and was also given the same tracking number as yourself but am pleased to say that my jewellery turned up today, recorded package that had to be signed for on delivery and the item is lovely....must admit I am a bit confused to the tracking number? this was totally different to what was on my package.
But happy ending thank god!!!

I am shocked to say that the item I ordered has just arrived... after disputing the charge with visa for what I was sure was a scam... The item is exactly what I ordered (though probably fake as it came from Hong Kong) - very strange. But at least now I don't feel so scammed.
