Pls. advise of we can get a visa on immigration in shenzhen once we are there thru ferry or bus. we're coming from Manila to HONGKONG and would like to visit shenzhen for 1 day only and by afternoon we will go back to hongkong.Pls. advise.

Generally speaking, you can get a visa at the entry ports of Shenzhen which has the right to issue a 5 days stay tourist visa as a special economic zone. But now nobody can tell you assuring answer, you can go to Shenzhen to have a try. Hong Kong is very near to Shenzhen. Even though you can not get a visa, you will not lose much moeney for it.
