Hello. I'm a US citizen. I'll be in Kyrgyzstan next spring, 2010. I'd like to cross the Chinese border (via Torugurt Pass) to visit Kashgar for about 5 days. Then, return to Kyrgyzstan.
Is this possible for a US citizen? Could I purchase this visa at the Chinese embassy in Bishkek? How much would it cost? Please advise.
