Hi I want to take train from shanghai south railway station. What will be better Subway or Airport Shuttle Bus No 7?

No subway from Pudong airport to SOuth Railway Station. You should take maglev train to Longyang Road and then Subway Line 2 to People's Square and then Line 1 to the railway Station. Maglev plus subway si a bit faster but costs more.
