Hi,I am currently a Employment pass holder living with my family in Singapore who hold Dependant passes.My Mother is on a visit to singapore on a valid Tourist visa holding an Indian Passport we have decided to go for a holiday to Guangzhou for 3-4 days only we are staying in my friends home. Can my mother apply for a visa to china from singapore? she cannot possibally go back to india to apply. what should i do in this case. My friend can give a sponsorship letter stating full responsibility for our stay in China. please Advise
