dear sir/madam,

my friend is an iranian citizen now on a business trip in kuala lumpur, he wants to go to china this month, just want to get some info:-

1. how can he apply the china visa as an iranian in kuala lumpur?
2. how much money they have to pay for the china visa?
3. how long will it takes for the visa approval?
