About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I am a malaysian. I do not have a company in Malaysia but I am one of the shareholders in a Hong Kong pte company which has investment property in china. I need to travel to China frequently to check on the status and quality of my hong kong orders. I wish to apply for multiple visa that allow me to extend my stay to about 45 days.Kindly advise as to how should I go about applying for multiple visa more than 30 days.
What are the documents I need to submit.

If the company business license has your name, you can apply for multiple visa, otherwise, it is hard to get it now.
