Hello am Nzanzu congolese living in the philippines,My passport is still valid thru december 2010. Do     i have also     to go to china  to get   my biometric passort before december 31st thi year, or I can wait up to  the date my old passport will be invalid then i can go for the new passport. Please reply to me asap.Thank you for the service.Nzanzu wavo mbaleka from east congo.

I think you can go to China to apply for your new biometric passport in June, 2010, half a year before your passport is expired. You'd better call the embassy to get a assuring answer.
