About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

My brother is currently in China and his Visa has expired. His ticket is booked for Wednesday but they won't let him into Hong Kong. His got the money to pay the fine, but they refuse him. He's even offered to be deported but they deny him entry into Hong Kong in order to leave the country and come back home. This is very urgent. PLEASE HELP

I'm afriad that your brother has to leave China and return to his home country. Hong Kong is also the territory of China as a special administrative region. Overstaying violate the Chinese law.
