About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hello,
it's urgent!I need help!!!I'm arriving to Beijing at 22:15, Terminal 3. Then I have flight at 00:30, Terminal 2. How can I get quickly to terminal 2?cause Im afraid that there is no enough time...by train or by shuttle bus?
please,help me.My flight is tomorrow

After reclaim the lugguage and get to the first floor of T3 to find the free shuttle bus to T2. It takes about 20 minutes.
