Hello, Have a Nice Day! By the I'm Elmer a filipino nationality; I would like to inquire to your good office, regarding the processing of working visa here in saudi. The situation is just like this, Now I'm presently working here in al-khobar saudi arabia as an mechanical engineer. If in case that my friend there in shanghai china offer me a job, and assuming that they will send to me all the necessary supporting documents for working visa which is given by the sponsored company and being approved by the foreign government there in china; 1. Is there a chance to process the working visa here in saudi? since the advantage is that I'm already here in saudi that I can process the working visa document personally. 2. I would like know also what other document to complete the requirements. Other thing that if it is allowed here. 3. Do I need to exit from saudi to china directly or its need to go back to Phil then to china? 4. May I know some reason why some Filipino's there in Philippines has been denied there application. This is my main concern because it hard to resign to my current job, if then I will be denied only. I'm previously worked in china last 2000 in shanghai & hangzhou, 2006 to 2008 in Dongguan China. 5. Is the china embassy ofc in riyadh is the only nearby from al-khobar? 1. I'm afraid that you can't process your work visa in Saudi, if you don't believe, you can have a try2. the all requirements for work visa is  (I) Original Visa Notice Sheet from an authorized governmental apparatus /organization in China; (II) Letter of Invitation from Foreign Affair Office and Alien Employment License of the P. R. China / Working Permit by the China State Administration Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs; (III) Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (IV) Original passport with validity more than six months and minimum 2 blank visa pages; (V) Photocopy of the first 2 pages (personal information) of the passport and the recent Chinese visa page if there is any; (VI) Fully completed Visa Application Form in Chinese or English, attached with one of the applicant's recent color photograph (30mm X 40mm) (VII) Employment Contract (VIII) Your Employer's Company Registration Certificate in China (copy) 3. If you can get a Chinese work visa in Saudi, you can directly go to China from Saudi Arabia4. I don't know the reason, I guess it has something to do with the sentative things with Philippines5. please pay attention to the consular districts of consulate general of China in Jeddha,  Madinah, Makkah, Taif, Jeddah, if you live in the above places, you can apply for a Chinese visa in Jeddha, otherwise, you have to apply at Riyadh.
