Hi there, I was wondering if there are any cheap, nice hotels that are close to Shanghai railway station?

Of course there are. You could consider the Yafan Fashion Hotel (Shanghai Zhongxing Road Branch), the Holiday Inn Great Wall Shanghai, or the Home Inn.

I just looked at my schedule and realized I won't get to Shanghai until 9:10pm. The last bus leaves at 7:30pm. What options do I have now? I just want to get to Hangzhou to meet up with my friend. Please help! Thanks!

Hi Kim, when you arrive at Pudong, you could take the shuttle bus Line 7 to Shanghai South Railway Station. Here, you could catch the train K8401/k8404 at 23:57 to get to Hangzhou East Railway Station in 2 hours.
