About:Shanghai Taxi

Hi i need to travel from PVG to Ningbo city area duing daytime. Can anybody advise the approx. cost of a taxi for this router and approx. journey time ? I'm travelling on my own, so a regular cab size is fine.

If you take a taxi belonging to Ningbo or Hangzhou, the fare should be around 600RMB from PVG to downtown Ningbo. However, it you hire a local taxi, I mean a Shanghai license, the driver will charge more. The best method is that you rent a car in advance. The fare should be fixed, and you don't have to wait for a taxi when you arrive at Pudong.
