About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I have 8 customer from China which holding working permit in Malaysia. They would like to travel to SIngapore for holiday. Do they need VISA? If needed, where should they apply for the VISA in Penang, Malaysia? Thank you.

Yes, they need a visa to Malaysia, they should apply for Singaporean visa at Embassy or Consulate of Singapore in Malaysia.

Can I know how much and what they need to prepare for the Application? DO they need Hotel reservation slip, flight itinerary and the rest?
